Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch)
Please note: We currently ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. During peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly extended.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience and security.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your baby products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Item must not be on our non-returnable list (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Pacifiers and teethers (if packaging is opened)
- Diapers (opened packages)
- Diaper refills (opened containers)
- Personal care items (if seal is broken)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your order number and product details
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
- Package your return – Securely pack the item with the RMA number clearly visible

- Wait for processing – We’ll process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll email you to confirm receipt and approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note your bank may require additional processing time.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Indicate this when requesting your return
- We’ll process the exchange after receiving your original item
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more or receive a refund for less)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
