At Baby Shower Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of baby essentials. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item must not be on our non-returnable list (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Pacifiers and teethers (opened packaging)
  • Diapers (opened packages)
  • Diaper refills (opened containers)
  • Personal care items (if seal is broken)

These exceptions are due to hygiene considerations for your little ones.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  2. Wait for approval – We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Wait for processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when you request your return. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
